6 employees standing at the self check out, I had some bulky items that I was hoping to have rung in by a cashier.... when I asked one of the employees if there was an open register he said... "not today, we are under staffed" there were literally 6 employees standing at that kiosk shooting the breeze. management needs to step up.I will be using lowes in seabrook from now on

Never buy an appliance from this store. Customer service is terrible. Communication is non existent. Installation was AWFUL! Typical box store. It's worth the few extra dollars to support a smaller hardware or appliance sales store

Did not have what I was looking for in terms of hiring expert labor

Waited all day for delivery and finally called for an update. Scheduled for next week-not today, regardless of what my receipt says. Highly incompetent.

Home Depot is what it is and this one was very clean and the staff was very knowledgeable I ask for what I needed and the salesperson brought me to what I was looking for and explained to me all the all the different types of product that I was looking for

Home. Depot, the real mans toy store. If they don't have it you don't need it.

It's a Home Depot so you should know what you're getting. That said the employees are generally friendly and helpful and the store seems well stocked.

HD could be greater than just ok. There are thousands of items in the store that people need but dont know they are in there. People only go to HD because they need something. Nobody says, "hey, let's go to HD tonight". Get us in there HD and I'll take credit for this in cash!

It is a great place for both professionals and amateurs builders.

Super helpful Customer Service Agents including Audra and Kim. During COVID-19, they have the best online order, pick, and curbside pickup system I have seen. Generally within 1--2 hrs items are picked.

Went to the North Hampton, NH location to buy a utility trailer today. I got exactly what I wanted at a great price. I was helped quickly and efficiently by a gentleman at the service desk, as well as by associates Robert and Heather who were both attentive and very, very helpful. All of these stores are exactly the same except for the people who work at each location. This store earns the highest marks because of people like Robert and Heather!

Good selection staff is typically Big box with some awesome others downright hostile. I went to Seacoast Power up the road for my new lawn mower as they care and could be bothered to answer questions.

Been here 3 days in a row. They have yet to open a register at the exit. An employee told me self check out is open. If you come to my restaurant is it ok if I say well the kitchen is open help your self?

I'm a local contractor that spends a ton of my hard earned money at this store. The acossates are wonderful for the most part. The issues I have are the sub par lumber the horrible delivery service and no reward program for loyalty. I do have to say that my dog loves all the free treats that Betsy always has.

So Pleased with Service I received at No. Hampton Home Depot. I picked up a huge supply of Steel roofing, Plywood, and other lumber. When I asked the cashier for help loading my Truck. THREE Employees came out to help. It felt Great not to break my back loading all that Material ! Will Always shop there!

The best Home Depot in the area with a good selection in the gardening and electrical departments. Finding help is getting harder in these places all the time but the staff who are here are knowledgeable and friendly. It's easy to reach this location from Portsmouth and Greenland given the proximity to the highway. Some of the products are cheaper when you visit the store's website and chose home delivery.

3 stars are for having one of the items we shopped for in the correct place according to website stated location. Zero stars for showing me an item that was not at this particular location after clicking the button that indicated that I would be shown only products at this location. Upon looking closer at the website, it said that the item was at a "nearby store". Please stop this practice. Also, the cashier was quite aggravated to open her register to take care of the growing lines at the only two open registers. She literally did not make eye contact or speak a single word during the entire transaction.
